What it costs after year one
3 questions
₹499 per user a month for up to twenty-five users, and ₹399 per user for twenty-six to a hundred, billed annually with GST extra. Over a hundred users, we quote on what your first year showed. Every band is the whole suite — the price moves with headcount, never with departments.
The full pricing pageSixty days before your free year ends, in writing, worked out from the users you actually ran. Nothing converts automatically — at month twelve you either accept the quote or leave with your data.
Only fair-use allowances: up to fifty named users, 10 GB of storage per user, 1,000 AI actions per user a month, 1,000 business-initiated WhatsApp conversations a month and 100,000 API calls a month. Most businesses never come near them, and we call you before anything is capped.
Pricing, and fair use with itWho owns your data
3 questions
You do — every record, document and message, in the free year and after it. We hold it to run the service for you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models for anyone else.
Security and trustIn data centres in India, encrypted in transit and at rest, with daily backups kept in a second Indian region. Your workspace is kept separate from every other customer’s.
How we protect itNo. It reads, works things out and drafts — then waits. Nothing is sent, paid or changed until someone with the authority to approve it says so, and every action is recorded against the person who approved it.
If you decide to leave
3 questions
Yes, all of it. Records export as Excel and CSV, accounting as Tally-importable XML, documents as the original files and PDFs, and the whole workspace as JSON through the API. There is no export fee.
How data moves in and outNone in the free year — simply tell us you are not continuing. On a paid plan, thirty days’ notice before your renewal date.
Your workspace stays readable for ninety days so you can export at your own pace. After that it is deleted within thirty days, it is gone from backups within a further thirty-five, and we confirm the deletion to you in writing. Records the law requires us to keep, such as our own invoices to you, are kept only for as long as it requires.
Tally
3 questions
Yes. Ledgers, stock items, parties, opening balances and past vouchers come across from a Tally export, and we check the trial balance matches before you go live. Your first week is spent confirming the numbers, not retyping them.
Data migrationYes. Many businesses run day-to-day operations in OneSuite and hand their accountant a Tally-importable export each month, until everyone is comfortable. Nothing forces the switch on your CA’s timetable.
No. Most businesses run both in parallel for a month or a quarter-end, compare the numbers, and switch off Tally when the two agree — the free year is long enough to do that properly.
GST
3 questions
Yes. Invoices that need an IRN are sent to the Invoice Registration Portal as they are raised, and the IRN and signed QR code are printed on the invoice. Cancellations and credit notes follow the same route.
Yes. The e-way bill is prepared from the invoice and the dispatch details already in the system, and the vehicle number can be updated from the phone when the lorry leaves.
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B are prepared from your own invoices and purchases, and your purchase register is reconciled against GSTR-2B, with mismatches listed by supplier. You or your CA review and file — the system prepares the return, it does not file without approval.
Payroll compliance
3 questions
Yes. Employee and employer contributions are calculated on each run, and the PF ECR file and ESI contribution file are prepared for upload to the respective portals.
Professional Tax is deducted on the slabs of the state each employee works in. TDS on salary is worked out from each employee’s declared regime and investments, and Form 24Q and Form 16 are prepared at the quarter and year end.
You do. Attendance, leave and variable pay flow into a drafted run with every change from last month explained. Nothing is paid or filed until it is approved.
Mobile access
2 questions
Yes — in the phone’s browser, and through apps for Android and iPhone. Approvals, attendance, sales visits, stock checks and customer conversations are all designed to be done one-handed.
Attendance, visit notes and stock counts can be captured without a connection and sync when the signal returns. Anything that needs approval waits until it can be checked against the live record.
Languages
3 questions
The interface is available in English and Hindi, with more Indian languages being added. Each person chooses their own, so the owner and the floor staff can work in different languages on the same records.
Yes. Ask the way you would ask a colleague — in English, Hindi or a mix of the two — and it answers in the language you asked in.
Yes. Invoice and quotation templates, and the WhatsApp messages sent to customers, can be set per customer to the language they read.
