Acceptable use policy
OneSuite gives a business a great deal of reach — its customers, its messages, its money. This policy sets out what that reach must never be used for.

01 Why this exists
This policy forms part of the terms of service and applies to everyone who uses OneSuite. It also carries the rules that Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021 requires us to tell you about.
02 Content you must not store or send
You must not use OneSuite to host, display, upload, publish, transmit, store or share anything that:
- belongs to someone else and that you have no right to use;
- is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, or invasive of another person’s privacy, including bodily privacy;
- insults or harasses anyone on the basis of gender, or is racially or ethnically objectionable;
- relates to or encourages money laundering or gambling;
- promotes enmity between groups on grounds of religion or caste with intent to incite violence;
- is harmful to children;
- infringes any patent, trade mark, copyright or other proprietary right;
- deceives or misleads about where a message came from, or knowingly communicates misinformation or information that is patently false;
- impersonates another person;
- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, its friendly relations with other countries or public order, incites any cognisable offence, or prevents the investigation of any offence;
- contains a virus or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functioning of any computer resource;
- violates any law for the time being in force.
03 Things you must not do with OneSuite
- Send messages, calls or campaigns to people who have not agreed to receive them, or in breach of the TRAI commercial-communication regulations and the Do Not Disturb registry.
- Put personal data into OneSuite without a lawful basis under the DPDP Act, or use it for a purpose the people it describes were not told about.
- Raise false invoices, falsify accounts or records, or use OneSuite to evade tax.
- Use the AI features to produce deceptive content, or to impersonate a person or business.
- Get around roles or approvals — for example, by sharing an approver’s credentials.
- Share sign-in credentials, or resell or sublicense access to OneSuite without our written agreement.
- Probe, scan or load-test OneSuite, or try to reach other customers’ data, without our written permission.
- Copy, reverse-engineer or scrape the software or its industry configurations, except as the law expressly allows.
04 Found a vulnerability?
We welcome reports made in good faith. Write to security@quan.co.in with the details, give us a reasonable time to fix the problem before telling anyone else, and do not access, change or keep other people’s data while testing. We will not pursue anyone who follows these rules.
05 What we do about a breach
If we become aware of use that breaks this policy — whether through a complaint, a court order or a direction from a government agency — we may remove or disable access to the content concerned, suspend or end the accounts involved, and report the matter to the authorities where the law requires it.
Where we remove content, we keep the related information and records for 180 days, or longer if a court or authorised agency asks, for investigation purposes, as Rule 3(1)(g) of the IT Rules 2021 requires.
We will usually tell you before acting, and give you a chance to put things right — unless the law, the urgency or the risk to others makes that inappropriate.
06 Reporting misuse
If you believe OneSuite is being used in breach of this policy, write to our Grievance Officer. The grievance officer page sets out what to include and how quickly we respond.
