    No card, no deposit

    We do not ask for a card or a mandate to start. There is nothing to cancel, because nothing is set to charge.

  3. MONTH TEN

    Sixty days’ notice of the price

    Two months before your year ends, we write to you with your year-two quote — worked out from the users you actually ran, not the ones you might have.

  4. MONTH TWELVE

    Month twelve is your decision

    Nothing converts on its own. Accept the quote and carry on, or leave with every record exported — readable for ninety days while you do, then deleted.

The rate moves with how many people use OneSuite, never with which departments they use. Every band is the whole suite.

₹499 per user a month for up to twenty-five users, and ₹399 per user for twenty-six to a hundred — billed annually, GST extra, every department included at every band. Over a hundred users, we quote on what your first year actually showed. Either way, you have the figure in writing sixty days before your free year ends.

No. The first year is the full suite — all fourteen departments, every one of the 75+ products, the configuration for your vertical included. Year two is priced by the number of people on it, never by which departments you use.

No. We do not take a card, a mandate or a deposit for the free year. There is nothing to cancel, because nothing is set to charge.

Nothing happens on its own. You will have had our year-two quote for two months by then. Accept it and carry on, or tell us you are leaving — your workspace stays readable for ninety days so you can export every record, is deleted within thirty days after that, and is gone from backups within a further thirty-five.

The allowances are fifty named users, 10 GB of storage per user pooled across the workspace, 1,000 AI actions per user a month, 1,000 business-initiated WhatsApp conversations a month and 100,000 API calls a month. We call you before we cap anything: they exist to stop one workspace slowing down everyone else’s, not to meter ordinary use — most businesses never come near them.

Days rather than quarters. Your industry is configured on top of an engine that already exists, so going live is a matter of bringing your data across and agreeing who approves what.
