05 If a business holds your data in OneSuite

If your data was put into OneSuite by a business you deal with — your employer, a supplier, a shop — that business decides how it is used, and is the right first place to ask. If you write to us instead, we will pass your request to that business and help it respond within these timelines.

06 If you are not satisfied

  • For a complaint about personal data, once you have used this grievance process you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under section 13 of the DPDP Act.
  • For a complaint under the IT Rules, you may appeal the Grievance Officer’s decision to the Grievance Appellate Committee within 30 days of receiving it, under Rule 3A.
