Cookie policy
The short version: this website sets no cookies. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. The rest of this page explains the few places a third party might, and what the OneSuite app itself uses.

01 The short version
Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to store. They can be essential — keeping you signed in — or they can track you across the web.
This website uses neither kind. It is a set of static pages: there is no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixel, and nothing in it writes to your browser’s cookies or local storage. That is why you have not been shown a cookie banner.
The short forms on the contact and partners pages are no exception. They have no server behind them: pressing the button writes what you typed into a WhatsApp message in your own browser and opens WhatsApp. Nothing is stored by this site or sent to our servers, and nothing is saved to your browser.
02 What this website does load
- The pages, images and scripts that make up the site, all served from our own domain.
- The Inter typeface, which we host ourselves rather than loading it from Google Fonts, so viewing a page does not send a request to Google.
Our hosting provider sees the technical details every web request carries, such as your IP address, and keeps them briefly to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. It does not set cookies on this site as we have configured it.
03 Where a third party may set cookies
Two parts of the site hand you over to, or show content from, another company. Their cookie and privacy policies — not ours — apply to what they do:
- The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps. When that page loads, Google may set cookies and receive data about your visit. It happens only on that page.
- The Connect and WhatsApp buttons, and the forms on the contact and partners pages, open wa.me. That takes you to WhatsApp, which is run by Meta; nothing is shared with WhatsApp unless you click. A form’s draft message is carried in that link so WhatsApp can show it to you, and it is only sent if you press send inside WhatsApp. Meta’s own policies apply to what WhatsApp does with it.
You can block third-party cookies in your browser settings; the rest of the site works exactly the same without them.
04 Inside the OneSuite app
The OneSuite application — separate from this website — uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms against forgery and remember security settings. It uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and none of them are used for anything other than running the service.
06 Changes and contact
If we ever add analytics or anything else that sets a cookie, we will update this page first — and ask for your consent where the law requires it. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
