Cookie policy
The short version: nothing is measured until you say yes. If you do, Meta’s pixel sets cookies so we can see which pages and enquiries our advertising brings. The rest of this page explains that, the few places another company might set cookies, and what the OneSuite app itself uses.

01 The short version
Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to store. They can be essential — keeping you signed in — or they can track you across the web.
This website sets none of its own. It is a set of static pages with no sign-in, and nothing in it writes to your browser’s cookies by itself.
One thing is optional, and we ask before it runs: Meta’s pixel, which measures which pages and enquiries our advertising brings. That is what the banner asks about. Say no and nothing is loaded; say yes and Meta sets cookies in your browser and receives the pages you visit on this site, along with whether you sent an enquiry or opened WhatsApp from it. We remember your answer in your browser’s local storage — that one entry is stored whichever way you answer, so we do not have to ask again.
The Contact and Apply to partner dialogs do not set cookies or save your answers in browser storage. Draft answers stay in memory until you send successfully or refresh the page. Sending a form passes those answers to our enquiry service. The separate WhatsApp link opens a direct chat without including your form answers. What happens to the details you send is described in the privacy policy.
02 What this website does load
- The pages, images and scripts that make up the site, all served from our own domain.
- The Inter typeface, which we host ourselves rather than loading it from Google Fonts, so viewing a page does not send a request to Google.
Our hosting provider sees the technical details every web request carries, such as your IP address, and keeps them briefly to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. It does not set cookies on this site as we have configured it.
03 Where a third party may set cookies
Two other companies are involved, and their cookie and privacy policies — not ours — apply to what they do:
- Meta’s pixel, but only if you agreed to measurement. It sets cookies and reports the pages you visit on this site, the enquiries you send and the times you open WhatsApp from it, so we can tell which advertising works. It is run by Meta under Meta’s own privacy policy.
- The Connect buttons and WhatsApp links open wa.me, which takes you to WhatsApp, run by Meta. The links in the Contact and Apply to partner dialogs do not include your form answers. Opening WhatsApp does not send a message to us; you choose what to write and send there. Meta’s own policies apply when you use WhatsApp.
You can block third-party cookies in your browser settings; the rest of the site works exactly the same without them.
04 Inside the OneSuite app
The OneSuite application — separate from this website — uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms against forgery and remember security settings. It uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and none of them are used for anything other than running the service.
06 Changes and contact
You can change your answer about measurement whenever you like, using the button below. Choosing “no” stops any further measurement at once and clears the cookies Meta set here; Meta keeps whatever it already received, which you can pursue with Meta directly.
If we ever add anything else that sets a cookie, we will update this page first — and ask for your consent where the law requires it. The date at the top always says when this page last changed.
